What does Mason & Co actually help businesses with?
We help organisations improve how their technology, processes and data work together. We start with the business problem rather than assuming a particular technology is the answer.
Can you help if we already use Zoho but it isn't working well?
Yes. We regularly work with existing Zoho environments where processes have become complicated, adoption is poor, reporting is difficult or applications are not working together effectively. We assess what is already there before recommending what should be improved, simplified or changed.
Can you integrate Zoho with our existing systems?
Yes. Zoho does not need to operate in isolation. We design integrations around the wider technology environment, including existing business systems, data platforms, websites and third-party applications.
Do you work with technologies other than Zoho?
